About the Event

Join me for this hour of recalibration as we take a healing journey together.

Offering the best of both worlds, you are in the comfort and privacy of your own home whilst receiving the connective benefits of being in meditation within a group. This cultivates a warm sense of community and heart connection with others in a time where we need to remember that we are not seperate, we are not alone.

From the comfort of your bed, we will tap into and feel our subtle energies, breathe and take a guided, meditative journey, a truly blissful space to arrive in, to prepare you to receive an extended relaxation/ reiki sleep to finish.

This space will be extremely nourishing to our nervous systems. Right now, it is so important to take some restful time and give our poor minds some reprieve.

It continues to blow my mind how effectively this healing energy translates in our new world of online offerings and it is in my heart very deeply to share these healing spaces with those who feel called toward them.

You arrive exactly as you are. Stressed, anxious, annoyed, tired, sad, a little apprehensive perhaps. You are in the familiar safety and comfort of your home and I highly recommend taking some time to cultivate your environment for the ultimate self care ritual. Smudging palo santo, burning incense, diffusing essential oils, lighting candles and only having soft lighting around you are the perfect start. Check out my store for all your smudging and candle needs!

You will need a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. This is another reason headphones are recommneded as they help to block out the sounds that may be around you.

You'd be a fool to not do this in your pyjamas! You could even take a bath in the lead up, maybe even drink a cup of ceremonial cacao if you have an affinity with this glorious plant.

Yoga bolsters, pillows, blankets, socks, eye pillows.... There is no such thing as too much comfort here. Support your body as you lay for this restorative, magical snooze. You'll be glad you did. (We will begin seated for a short time so make sure you can be comfortable in both a seated and reclined position.)

I recommend connecting headphones to your device as I will play music for you as you arrive into the call. I also ask that you remain muted at all times to respect the peaceful nature of the space) Headphones give the best sound quality for connecting to my voice and the music in my opinion. Of course it is your choice. You are also very welcome to keep your camera switched off for the duration of the session if this makes you feel more comfortable.

I recommned having a journal or paper and a pen nearby to capture any thoughts, realisations or mini dreams that may feel pertinent.
